Lancia Homes brings together a skilled team of employees and contractors to build your new home. For more than thirty years, owners and brothers Jim and Floyd Lancia and their team have focused on home building in Fort Wayne and northeast Indiana.

Originally from West Virginia with a family background in homebuilding, Jim and Floyd have specialized in single-family homes, condo-style townhomes and villas, and residential land development. As a local, family-owned business, a second generation is carrying on Lancia Homes tradition of quality and value with Floyd's son, Matt, and Jim's son, Jamie.
