Jim Lancia started building homes in Fort Wayne in 1975. Two years later, his brother Floyd, joined him. The two have been building throughout northeast Indiana and far northwest Ohio ever since. In that time, Lancia Homes has developed relationships with suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to give you the best home at the best possible price.
