Ridgewood at Copper Creek

Ridgewood at Copper Creek is part of a mixed builder area off Dunton Road and will feature Lancia homes.  First homes should be in 2021.

Copper Creek will cover nearly one square mile in an area bounded by Lima, Hathaway, Dunton and Gump roads and will feature 677 single family homes. Sites will be from the $40-$70 range.
